Latrak has recently completed installation of a small static switching conveyor for Ottawa Quality Paint Finishers' powder coat paint shop. The unique mono rail conveyor allows smooth and simple transfer of the powdered coated parts from the spray booth to  the batch oven.

Freshly coated parts waiting for the oven, as well as hot finished parts, accumulate on the track before and after the oven. The advantage to choosing an overhead conveyor for paint shops vs. rolling rack systems is an increased amount of floorspace to allow your employees to be more comfortable, productive and profitable.
